| Taken at Mystic Seaport, this image is from the deck of the Joseph Conrad. Built in 1882 as a training vessel in the Danish merchant service, she was renamed the Joseph Conrad in 1934. What I like most about this image is the rich texturing of the wood in the foreground. |
