| It's funny. As I review my pictures, very often I come upon one I'd say is "among my favorites." Yet, since these images have been selected from many more I've taken, most are among my favorites. Even so, I have to say that this particular image has a particularly warm place in my heart. |
| As a raw photo, the lighting and mood is less than desirable. Yet, by blurring out the background, warming up the entire image, placing a sunbeam and a flower on the bridge of the piano, the entire image takes on a warmth and character that reflects what we felt, rather than saw, on that cold, damp San Francisco evening. |
